completado la encuesta, que el formulario online permanecerá abierto
para ser COMPLETADO Y ENVIADO HASTA EL MIÉRCOLES 14 DE JUNIO DE 2013. Su
aporte es muy valioso. 

Recuerde que su formulario ingresa
definitivamente al sistema una vez que usted seleccione la OPCIÓN
ENVIAR. Por lo tanto, es imprescindible que la envíe para que podamos
contar con esos datos. 

SI SU NAVEGADOR (GOOGLE CHROME, FIREFOX,
EXPLORER) REQUIERE CONFIRMACIÓN CONTINÚE, EL SITIO ES SEGURO. LOS PASOS
PARA INGRESAR SE DEBEN A QUE EL SERVIDOR DE LA UNIVERSIDAD ESTÁ
PROTEGIDO EN EXTREMO.
